A simple yet impactful brand identity for a network run by the Royal Observatory at the Royal Museums Greenwich (RMG).
Background
The Presenter Network is a local, national and international network that seeks to be a discussion platform for presenters within the educational sector (specifically those working in museums, science and discovery centres and the media) to share their best and worst presentation practices. RMG needed a brand identity and guidelines for this new network that could be easily applied to promotional assets.
The outcome is simple and immediately recognisable. The networks' core purpose of discussion and sharing is clearly visualised via a speech bubble graphic, while its encasement around the brand name embodies the sense of community it seeks to create. The rectangular shape and downwards pointing tail, nods towards RMG's wider visual identity (e.g. prominent use of their 'Line Device' symbolising the Meridian Line).
